Category: Kyrgyzstan Visits

I am heading back to Kyrgyzstan in 2014.

???????????????????????????????

Each year I plan to visit for a month,

Our current Project is CHICKEN FARMING.
Our Sponsors and myself are working together with local people to develop
technology that will allow chicken farmers to maximise their profits and feed their families.
Our plan is that local people become self sufficient and self managed.

Our aim next year is:

  • To train locals in latest leading edge technology
  • Assess how the project is going
  • Develop on going plans
  • Develop new technology for the local needs
  • Provide assistance as needed.

Unfortunately in 2007, we were unable to connect with Dr Yunis, but we are hoping to do so for the next visit.

My sponsors and I work as a team.
How can you and I help ? Through fast tracked training with technology and CORECHART to progam that technology.

Next year, I am planning to train both locals and long term expats to develop technology and use CORECHART.
Can you help to teach local people to feed themselves ?

We have the technology, the experience and the people.  We only need parts and the finances to get there.
If you can help, with a TAX-DEDUCTABLE donation please contact Pam at finance@aussend.org.au

You will receive regular updates from the field as we are training.

You can be part of a bigger PICTURE !

Kyrgyzstan Training 2011

In 2011, I spent two weeks training two local people to design and build Micro processor based products.
The project we first built was a Timer that would count down minutes and seconds to zero, then give a loud beep.
This allowed local chicken farmers in Osh, (South of Kyrgyzstan), to do other work and get back to the chickens after a set time.

Here Marmarjon is learning how to solder and use a multi-meter and then with the finished timer. (right).
